We all share in the gift of life God gives. From our first breath to our last, God sustains us and lets us enjoy life with its joys and sorrows, hopes and dreams, and timeless memories. We may measure lives by years, but there are sacred transitions along the way.

For over 200 years, our church has been a community of faith in the village of Thornhill, offering a safe place to grow, learn, serve and care with others.

  ANYONE MAY ASK FOR A FUNERAL HERE
Our ministers conduct Christian funerals and celebrations of life, according to family wishes, but people of different religions, or of none, may call upon us to celebrate a life, and to mourn a death. After meeting with you to understand your situation, the minister may suggest suitable alternative rituals and locations. The minister may come to a funeral home, gravesite or memorial gathering at places significant to the person who has died or their loved ones.

  YOU CAN ASK FOR PASTORAL CONVERSATION
Our ministers are available to meet with you and family members when grieving loss of a loved one, and also at other times when you need a confidential matter to be discussed. If necessary, we will direct you to appropriate counseling for further assistance. Please let us know if you need pastoral visits to hospitals or palliative care or long term care homes.
